Advanced Zoppas technology allows us to provide sophisticated double-sided heaters and also heating elements with a very high ohmic density. According to ESA specifications, heater resistive elements and terminal leads connections can be coated either with Polymer/FEP or Film/Acrylic Adhesive.

Flexible heaters are typically used for thermal balancing of structures subject to sub-zero temperatures, moisture removal from semiconductors and circuits in payloads, defogging of sensors and lens and snow melting for ground-based antennas.
