HS512K16 - 8Mb SRAM

HS512K16 is a high density 8 Mbit synchronous dual-port SRAM manufactured with HARDSIL technology. VORAGO provides an 8 Mb dual port synchronous SRAM memory featuring low standby and operational power with latch-up immunity up to 200 degrees Celsius.

This dual port SRAM is ideal for dual processor system applications such as large bandwidth FIFO operations but can be configured as a single port SRAM as well.
