Overview

The MAI-025 Micro ADACS offers a complete attitude determination and control system in 1/4U. The unit contains a single reaction wheel and 3 Torque Rods and a magnetometer as the only sensor. Simply apply power and the MAI-25 Micro ADACS system autonomously detumbles, acquires attitude and points the spacecraft to nadir. In addition, the solution utilizes a simplified command protocol that minimizes management by the spacecraft or the ground.
